Dan E. Faulk, D.D.S.

Oral Surgeon Dan E. Faulk, D.D.S. of Indianapolis, INDr. Faulk is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis.  After receiving his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame University he was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and the Glenn Pell Award for oral surgery proficiency from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He completed his three-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center and Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Faulk is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Assistant Clinical Professor at the Indiana University School of Dentistry and a past Chairman of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery section at Methodist Hospital. He is past President of the Indiana Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Faulk and his wife, Janna, have three children: Ryan, Riley and Kelsey. In his spare time, he enjoys running, biking, snow skiing, fishing, traveling with his family, and following the sports activities of his children.
