Dan E. Faulk, D.D.S.

Oral Surgeon Dan E. Faulk, D.D.S. of Indianapolis, INDr. Faulk is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame University he was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and the Glenn Pell Award for oral surgery proficiency from Indiana University School of Dentistry, in addition to the International College of Dentistry Award. He completed his three-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center and Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Faulk is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, and a past Chairman of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery section at Methodist Hospital. His is past President of the Indiana Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and currently Chairman of the Indianapolis Westside Dental Study Club.

Dr. Faulk and his wife, Janna, have three children: Ryan, Riley, and Kelsey. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, running, biking, snow skiing and snowshoeing, fishing, and traveling with his family.
