R. Dale Lentz, D.D.S.

Oral Surgeon R. Dale Lentz, D.D.S. of Indianapolis, INDr. Lentz grew up in Indianapolis and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1967. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Wishard Hospital/Indiana University Medical Center. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

He is a member of many local and national dental organizations, is past President of the Indiana Dental Association, the Great Lakes Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American and International College of Dentists. He has volunteered on several overseas dental mission projects.

Dr. Lentz enjoys golf, tennis, sailing, adventure travel and scuba diving with his wife, Phyllis, and their three children: Kirsten, Leah and Colin.
