Indiana Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates: Welcome

Oral and maxillofacial surgery specialization requires up to six years of post-graduate training in a hospital-based surgical and anesthesia residency. Our doctors manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face. We offer a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with expertise in wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, facial injuries, cosmetic procedures, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.

Indiana Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates (IOMSA) is one of the largest groups of oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the United States. Our practice represents the merger of three group practices in Indianapolis in 1995. The combined experience of all our surgeons represents over 200 years of practice. Our size allows us to keep a doctor on call at all times for emergency care, but we will always strive to keep your care with one primary surgeon.

Most of our doctors are attending surgeons at the Level 1 Trauma Center at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, and are attending teaching staff affiliated with the Indiana University School of Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program. All doctors in our practice are required to obtain and maintain certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
