Was made comfortable prior to biopsy. The biopsy procedure itself was very quick. Painkiller helped and I didn't feel any pain at all! Dr. Eden and assistants were very professional and willing to answer all questions.

I'm impressed with the efficiency of this procedure from check in to check out. Each encounter with a staff member was pleasant.The discomfort was minimal and well managed. Post operative pain has been negligible and well managed with the prescribed analgesic.

The right balance of efficiency and personal concern. Dr. Eden and her staff got me through a stressful time and I much appreciate their work. One event did bother me. My chair featured arm restraints. They didn’t use them on me of course, but I can’t tell you what a horrible first impression they gave. Last thing an already nervous patient wants to see.

I was a work-in to your schedule so I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get in and have the tooth removed. Being older, I was nervous about how my body would respond to the procedure. The staff was there for me all the way. I was especially pleased with a follow-up call from Dr. Davis. That's personal care.

I had my first implant a year ago and was very impressed with Dr. Bojrab and staff. When another tooth cracked I came back to Dr. Bojrab immediately. Awesome group of people.

Dr. was direct and appropriate with answers to my questions. Follow-up check call later in the day post-surgery. Technicians were very professional and sociable. Overall well organized, but it can be traumatic for any oral surgery so you just need to have a strong constitution and mindset. But all staff did a good job with the needed work.
