Dental appointments and procedures always make me nervous. I’m always scared of having dental work done, the staff made me feel safe and let me know exactly what was happening. If I need major dental work again in the future I’ll definitely come back to this office.

I can't say enough good things about the Brownsburg office. The entire staff was so kind and understanding. Grace truly went out of her way to make sure I felt safe, and walked me through and stayed with me when I was waking up from the IV sedation. This was the first time I have ever had a tooth pulled and I would go back in a heartbeat, however it is not on my top list of things I want to do.

As a terrified patient who waited much too long to seek dental care, I was so fortunate to obtain extraction/implant services from Dr. Tancredi at the West location. He and his assistant (Brittany?) explained in detail what to expect during and after the procedure, and patiently answered all of my questions. They did an amazing job of allaying my fears (no simple task) and making me feel at ease. Dr. Tancredi and staff were highly competent, compassionate, and exhibited just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. Outstanding "bedside manners" and genuine interest in helping me remain calm made such a difference! The procedure went so much more smoothly than I imagined it would! Dr. Tancredi's follow-up call after the procedure was much appreciated, as well. If you are looking for high quality dental care provided by supportive, caring professionals, I highly recommend the TANCREDI TEAM.
