Great experience, I was scared to be put to sleep with IV but they were very therapeutic with everything and i really felt no pain. I have had a great recovery so far too.

At the risk of causing Dr. Montefalco's head to swell a bit, the man is my first and trusted pick for ANY serious dental procedures. He got the broken implant out. That in itself was something! I doubt he could assemble a more conscientious and cordial staff either. I thank all of you.

I had 5 teeth extracted at the same time. Some teeth were broken at the gum line. I hade zero pain. I mkept waiting for the pain to come, but it never did. Dr. Eden is a skilled, masterful surgeon. I never even had an uncomfortable twinge anywhere. It was as if the surgery never happened. Everyone I encountered was amazing and compassionate. I have told every person I know about Dr. Eden and her precise execution of my extractions. Thank you Dr. Eden.

The staff and Doctor were all friendly and professional. The surgery went well and both the Doctor and an office member called to check up on how my daughter was doing. Also there was an issue with insurance covering the scripts, to which the office quickly remedied the problem. I will go back for any future dental work if needed.

Very kind and helpful. We were nervous. Called our prescription in electronically which was a huge help when taking a post op patient home. Gave antibiotic as well which was also a blessing. Respectful to patients and a very speedy process. Love front desk lady, Angela and dr Menegotto!

Needed an immediate wisdom tooth extraction. IOMSA in Fishers stepped up to the plate with a next day appointment, a courtesy that was greatly appreciated. The check-in procedure was painless. After a new x-ray and a short discussion with the surgeon, it was clear that all 4 had to go. Less than an hour later, checked out minus 4 wisdom teeth and recovering now. All in all as good an experience as can be expected for oral surgery.

I had broken an front tooth. My dentist recommended the offices of Dr. Potter.My 1st visit was to extract the rest of my tooth. Which was a pain free experience..even the shot in the roof of my mouth was less painful than previous shots that I have had. Next visit was for the dental implant. That too was pretty much pain free. Then, a follow-up and now awaiting the crown. My experience with this office couldn't have been better. Thank you Dr. Potter & staff

I was very scared for my surgery and everyone was very polite and calming. Rochelle eased my concerns about the anesthesia and Tonya helped with my IV and they were both very sweet. Dr Tancredi even called me to check how I was doing this evening. Thank you for making this not so scary. Here's to hoping for a quick recovery!

I very much dislike going to any kind of dentist: I have an easy gag reflex which comes up in practically every visit. For this molar extraction, where they had to break the tooth to get all the pieces out, I didn't gag once and felt almost no discomfort. Terrific work and care!

I was terrified of having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I arrived at 6:45am riddled with anxiety. They had HGTV playing while i waited for them to set up. After a few minutes of watching, I joked that I forgot what I was even there for. I signed paperwork and a nurse answered all my questions with a smile and continued to assure me I would be ok. She said my name is Paulette and I got you. The fierce old lady across the street is my neighborhood is named Paulette too so that gave me confidence that she did in fact “have me”. As the nurses and doctors set things up for me in the chair, they walked me through each step and made jokes. Same super friendly team that I had my consultation with weeks earlier. I felt my body shaking in fear but not even seconds after getting set up i was passed out. Next thing I knew I was getting wheeled to the car. I thanked Paulette profusely, still groggy, but soooo happy everything went ok.

I've been a patient of IOMSA for several years and have always found them to be the most courteous, professional, caring and competent of any dental service I've had experience with. After several extractions I've never had a problem or complication and the bare minimum of post-operative pain. I was so scared when I walked it i didn’t know what to do with myself. I HATE surgeries but I loved this doctors office! They made me feel so comfortable and my procedure was done so quick and easy. The staff was also very sweet.

This was my first time ever needing to be seen and treated by an oral surgeon. I felt comfort in this office just by speaking with the receptionist. She was kind, helpful, and attentive. On the day of my visit, I received excellent care from Dr. Kelsey Menegotto and her staff. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I appreciate the music in the ground along with Dr. Menegotto's bedside manner. She was very quick with my routine and I didn't even realize the procedure had already been completed. My aftercare instructions were clear and they even took the time to call and follow up with my healing process. I would highly recommend Dr. Menegotta and her team.
