The staff in the office were incredibly friendly. I was very nervous before my wisdom teeth extraction, but they made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. I so far do not have any complications from the procedure. I am on Day 3 of recovery and overall doing well.

I was very impressed with the organization within the office. I had a wonderful woman with me while the anesthesia process was started. I was very anxious about it since I have not experienced it before. She was very warm and easy to talk to. Dr. Bojrab has a very easy going confidence which put me at ease as well and assured me I was in good hands. I received a phone call from him shortly after the surgery. I'm not sure if that's typical with this procedure but it was a personal touch by this office that I appreciated.

Everyone that was in the room with me during my procedure were so nice. I was nervous when I first went back and when I would ask questions they were patient with me and answered them nicely. They told me step by step what was going on. My overall experience was really good and will be going back if needed and will refer to others.

I had what I considered to be a difficult procedure to remove a tooth that had had a root canal 30+ years ago. Dr. Kirkup exceeded my expectations. The need for pain meds was gone within 24 hours of the appointment. I think that says it all.

I wish the doctor had not told me the worst thing I can do is watch wisdom teeth videos. I have looked into dentistry before and think it is very interesting so this comment was not necessary, as not all patients are going to upset by knowledge of their surgery. My knowledge made me more confident until he made this comment. HOWEVER, he was still beyond nice and was easy to talk to! It was over super quick! Way easier than I thought the surgery would be.

The Brownsburg office did an excellent job working with me and my insurance plan to create an affordable option for dental work. The procedure was fast and efficient, and they provided aftercare instructions as well as patiently answering my questions by phone. Dr Tancredi was pleasant and explained my options thoroughly. What could’ve been extremely painful was only minimal pain. The staff at Brownsburg are polite and courteous, and they take extra precautions to protect patients during COVID. I highly recommend IOMS to anyone needing their services.
